Family Wellness Office is a new company concept led by Robert Tredinnick. We are organizing a lasting advisory relationship around the wellness of the family and the individuals within it. The model places behavioral health counsel within the family’s existing structure of trusted advisors.
The principle behind the company
A family may have enduring relationships with legal counsel, investment professionals and fiduciaries. Those relationships carry knowledge forward. Our premise is that wellness also benefits from a durable relationship: someone who understands the family’s priorities, stays connected through changing needs and helps organize appropriate support.
We view family wellness as a fundamental element of stewardship. A person’s ability to participate in family life, pursue their goals and maintain supportive relationships matters to the family’s present and future. Attention to wellness should therefore continue between major decisions and through the quieter periods in which routines and relationships develop.
Whole-family attention, individual respect
Family members can share a history while having different experiences and needs. Our model gives both levels attention. A family wellness plan establishes common priorities and coordination arrangements; individual support remains responsive to the person receiving it and to the professionals responsible for their care.
The advisory relationship should make those distinctions understandable. Family participation, financial responsibility, care decisions and information sharing each deserve a clear agreement. This is how a family-wide perspective can work alongside individual dignity and privacy.
A new venture with a clear purpose

Family Wellness Office’s specific purpose is the continuing family-office advisory relationship described here. Our standards explain how information, relationships and public educational material are presented.

An intentional place in family advising
The UHNW Institute’s May 2025 wealth and wellness guidance describes health concerns influencing advisory work and encourages collaboration among family offices, attorneys and trustees. Family Wellness Office develops that principle into a dedicated continuing behavioral health relationship, with an identified mandate and practical follow-through. Read the Institute’s guidance.
